The Kollam District Collector Er P G Thomas IAS, will inaugurate the function at 3 pm at Engineers house, Kollam. Er K G Somasundaram Pillai, Former Chief Engineer will deliver the keynote address.
Er K N Chandrasekhra Kuruppu, Former President of the Association, Er S K Yesodharan, Er N T Job, Former General Secretaries Er Edwin Callistus, Former Organising secretary and other prominent engineers will speak. Engineers from all the spheres of life and departments like PWD, KWA, electrical inspectorate, Irrigation, Ports, Engineering Colleges, etc will participate
